American actress Lisa Valerie Kudrow rose to worldwide fame for her role as Phoebe Buffay in the American TV sitcom Friends, which circulated from 1994 to 2004. Lisa Valerie Kudrow was born on July 30, 1963, in Los Angeles. She is the daughter of Lee Kudrow, a doctor who specialises in treating headaches, and Nedra, a travel agent. Lisa Valerie also has a sister named Helene, and two siblings named David and Derrick. She had a Bat Mitzvah and was raised in a Jewish family of middle-class Jews.
