Candy Ken’s Collaboration
He collaborated with rapper Gigi Tays on ten of the twelve tracks on his first album Real Talk, which was released in June 2016. A club night at London’s Visions Video Bar was held to promote the album’s release. Smokera also produced the album, and Powell was in charge of the “What I Like” music video. He cites Riff Raff, an American rapper, as his primary creative and musical inspiration for the album.

His modelling career began when the stylist and Diesel brand creative director Nicola Formichetti saw him on Instagram in 2015. Also offered him to participate in a photo shoot for a photo session in Formichetti’s Japanese magazine FREE.
