He graduated from Nagoya University in 1969 and then worked for the Mitsubishi Corporation as a senior research engineer for ten years.

After graduating from high school, he began attending economics classes — a milestone that signified the transfer of his focus away from music and more towards the world of science and engineering. 

From university onwards, Takizaki worked hard to become one of Japan’s leading experts in automation technology – graduating with two degrees and becoming an inventor of many robots and automatic machines that are considered ahead of their time even today.

Takemitsu Takizaki is an impressive businessman whose net worth is estimated at approximately $21.7 billion, making him one of the wealthiest people in Japan. Takizaki has achieved great success as the founder and chairman of Keyence, a company producing industrial sensors and measuring instruments.
