About Jeff Skoll
Canadian engineer, internet tycoon, and movie producer Jeffrey Stuart Skoll. He served as the company’s first president and donated money to charity, most notably through the Skoll Foundation and his media company Participant Media. Jeff Skoll then established Capricorn Investment Group, where he is currently chairman. He received his degree from the University of Toronto in 1987 and left Canada in 1993 to enrol in the business programme at Stanford University.

His first employment was as a gas pump attendant at a York Mills gas station.
