Wayne worked at a material plant and power organisation prior to purchasing a line of radio broadcasts with his sibling John. Wayne purchased the Orkin family’s pet control business in 1964. Gary and Randall, Wayne’s sons, joined their father in the business. A family trust was changed in 1986. The Rollins Children’s Trust, which at this point had a lot of value, was the foundation for giving money to Wayne’s grandchildren. Wayne, who grew up in poverty, was reportedly anxious about the financial strain wealth would place on his family.
