Paul was born on April 1, 1995, in Westlake, Ohio, to Pamela Stepnick and Gregory Paul. He asserts that he is of German, Jewish, Irish, Scottish, Welsh, English, and Irish ancestry. Paul became well-known as a Vine member and achieved fame online. In February 2014, he had more than 3 million followers on different social media platforms. He had around 1 million subscribers on his YouTube channel, 1.5 million followers on Twitter, and 3 million followers on Instagram. A YouTube video of his Vine work collected millions of views the first week it was posted.
In mid-2015, Paul showed up on Law and Order: Special Casualties Unit. He also showed up on the Fox television series Weird Loners, where he showed up in the role of the Paul Twins. Logan featured in two episodes of the Freestyle series Stitchers. He starred alongside Peyton List in the 2016 YouTube Red film The Thinning. In mid-2016, Paul prepared with drama coaches and the comedy groups The Groundlings and Upright Citizens Brigade.
On December 31, 2017, Paul uploaded a video blog to his YouTube channel portraying of late departed carcass of a man who had passed on by hanging himself in Aokigahara at the foundation of Mount Fuji in Japan, known as the “suicide forest” because of its shame as a suicide site.
At first, expected to be part three of his “Tokyo Adventures” series, Paul and his group had planned to camp in the woods, but in light of tracking down the carcass, decided to tell the specialists and drop their plans.
